Property Description

*  Type 1: Walls of concrete blocks of 15 cm. thickness, ceilings of zinc sheets over matallic stricture and reinforced conceretee floors in the industrial areas.

*  Type 2: Walls of concrete blocks of 15 cm. thickness, ceilings of pre-stressed beams and long hollow bricks of pressed reinforced concrete and floors of tile 30 x 30 cm. in the bathrooms, offices, dining room, and security building.



Elements of the construction

A) Structural Work:

*  Foundations: Masonry supported by firm rock supporting walls, isolated concrete spread          footings to receive columns and/or rebar structures, in types 1 and 2.

*  Structure: Metallic base in 3 welded sheets in four central columns w crossbeams,  type1.        Loading walls, spread footings and enclosures of reinforced concrete, in type 2.

*  Walls: Concrete blocks of 15 cm. thickness and 2.4 Meters height, in types 1 and 2.

*  Ceilings: Beams pre-stressed and long hollow bricks of pressed concrete and small and          medium spaces, in types 1 and 2.

*  Terrace Roof:  A combination of lime and concrete (calcreto) with the style of the region,          uneven in the rainfall drainage channels, in type 2.

*  Fence: peripheral boundaries enclosed with chain-link wire fence set in concrete.

B)  Coverings and Indoor finishing

*   Coating: Mortar lime-powder-cement, in tupe 2 structures.

*   Ceiling Rise: Mortar lime-powder-cement under slab, in type 2 structures.

*   Floor Lining: Ceramic tile of 20 x 20 cm. at 1.4 meters height.

*   Floors: Reinforced concrete, in type 1.  Paste tile of 7 x 30 cm, in type 2.

*   Stairs: This is a ground-level structure.

*   Paint: Vinyl and enamel in walls and ceilings, varnish in carpentry.

C)  Carpentry: Adjoining hollow doors of plywood, in type 2.

D)  Hydraulic installations: Hidden with copper with exits in cold water in kitchen and bathrooms.


Other characteristics of this property:

1)  Installed electrical transformer with capacity of 1,500 KVA.

2)  Septic tank

3)  Two (2) wells, one for industrial purposes, one for bathrooms.

4)  Paved parking lot of 1,600 square meters.

Public transporation from Merida city by the road to Motul and also the road Mococha-Baca, which passes in front of the building.
